Delia's First Ghost is the ninteenth episode of the second season, and the fourty-first overall episode, of the CBS series, Ghost Whisperer, originally premiering on April 6, 2007. The episode was written by Jeannine Renshaw and directed by Kim Moses, and recieved a total of 9.66 million viewers.

Ned is haunted by an angry spirit after he pulls some pranks and Melinda is at a loss as how to handle the situation without telling Delia. Meanwhile, Tim is determined to win Delia's affections after he sees her dating other men. A second ghost that is nude keeps popping up at odd times to speak to Melinda. Delia sees that Melinda is once again talking to herself and Melinda decides it’s time to share her gift with Delia.

melinda mentions at the beginning of the episode that they are going to watch scary movies and mentions "I know what you did last summer" as one of them. This is an in-joke as Jennifer Love Hewett starred in that movie. In the beginning of the episode, Ned and a friend are pranking the tenant of the apartment. He is portrayed by Muse Watson, the main antagonist in "I Know What You Did Last Summer".

In the first half of this video, Jim's beefcake arms are visible when he wears a t-shirt to dinner. Later in the episode, he is shown changing into a tank top, and his beefcake arms are again extremely visible.
